If you need to earn money
now, translation work is a very underserved niche. You need to master at least
two languages to do this successfully. So if you are bilingual or majored in
a popular language in high school, this could be a great idea to save you some
money.
You will need to prove
your ability to translate. If you have a language degree or experience in text
translation, be sure to show examples from your portfolio. Most companies
require a translation test. Remember that you must be proficient in the
languages for which you are applying to be a translator. Therefore, you
cannot use the translation tools.
